Common ware ceramic. Compact, hard fabric with homogeneous firing. The predominant non-plastic inclusion is quartz. Surface finished by spatulation and highly polished (M47).
Small storage jar, or dolium. Thickened rim of triangular section with a flat upper surface. Tall, upright neck, with a slight inward curvature. Rounded shoulders forming an elliptical body profile. An obtuse angle marks the transition between neck and body, forming an internal carination. Flat, horizontal base, with full support.
