Monte Padrão, Monte Córdova, Santo Tirso.

Material

Pinkish (M11) flint. One face preserves traces of the original white (K31) calcareous cortex.

Description

Fragment of an elongated blade with prepared back and a raised central ridge, trapezoidal in section. Partial retouch, unifacial, marginal and oblique. Levallois-type blade obtained from a prepared core, extracted from flat cores. The dorsal face shows the characteristic preparation scars of this technique.
